What is your Return/Refund policy?
At Domain Cycling, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to begin your return. You can contact us using the form on our Contact Us page or send us an email directly at support@domaincycling.com. We accept all returns regardless of open packaging. We try to treat our customers the way we want to be treated :-)

How do you ship?
All orders are shipped from our partner warehouses located within the USA. We mainly ship via USPS (US Post Office) First Class Mail. Most orders go out the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped by contacting us at support@domaincycling.com. Generally orders are picked/packed/shipped on the next business day about 9am EST, so please email us before then if you need to cancel.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately we do not offer a gift wrapping service at the present time.

Sales Tax
Domain Cycling collects sales tax on orders shipped to CA & NY.
